Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, some content may have limitations. The following known limitations exist and are being actively remediated:
- AI-generated content: Blog posts and social media captions generated by the AI engine may not always include proper heading structure. Users can edit all generated content before publishing.
- Charts and data visualizations: Some analytics charts do not yet include text alternatives. We are adding ARIA descriptions and data table alternatives in Q2 2026.
- Drag-and-drop CRM: The Kanban pipeline drag-and-drop interface has limited keyboard support. A keyboard-accessible list view alternative is available via the "List View" toggle.
- Video content: Embedded demo videos do not currently include closed captions. Captions will be added by Q3 2026.
